I don't know what the context was, but Nora said something and Sara said, "Kids, it's a Responsibility."

Speaking of Christmas

Things have not gone how I've hoped this Christmas, mostly due to a complete lack of energy on my part. Therefore, my lofty goal of making your children and families Christmas presents this year has not happened. In fact, I've only made two thing for my kids! Therefore, I will be randomly mailing your families something in the first half of the year. I'd like to hope by sometime in January since the baby is coming in February, but I can't promise anything. I'm really sorry and feel pretty awful about it. Please know that I love each of you and all of your wonderfully unique children. I wish we could be together for Christmas.

It's in the mail

Presents are in the mail. I was in a hurry so hopefully the correct box is going to the correct address with the correct postage. The girls picked out the individual gifts:)
I tried to be crafty with the family gift. Feel free to white elephant it. Have a great Christmas!!

Because I procrastinate

While some of our family seems to be totally on top of the Christmas shopping gig, there are still those like me (or maybe it's just me) who haven't done any shopping for anyone other than my own kid. I had this totally fantastic idea of what I was going to make for Christmas gifts for all my nieces and nephews, but not only have I not started it yet, even if I did start today, I don't think it would make it for Christmas at this point.

So, in hopes of being inspired with a new idea, I thought you could each tell me a little about your children, because well, I don't really know them at all.

I'll go first, to give you a jumping off point. Or you can just answer these same things about your kids.

Caleb (at 3 1/2):

Favorite color:
orange
Favorite toy: a set of headphones from the dollar store or the strap to my yoga mat
Favorite tv show: Dancing with the Stars (favorite kid appropriate tv show: Phineas and Ferb)
Room decor: outer space
Favorite activity: playing games (video games, computer games, board games, card games)
Clothing size: 3T pants, 3T or 4T shirts (I buy 4T when I buy new ones, but he still wears and fits in all his 3T shirts), 4T pajamas
Thing at the store that makes him cry to walk away from: Leapster Explorer
Christmas wish list: Jessie and Bullseye (both are under the tree already), and aliens from Toy Story
Other things he enjoys: baking, watching Disney channel, going shopping, preschool

So that's Caleb for you. Now tell me about your kids please.
